Description: Kokorogan is a doujutsu, that is master over life being body. It can see anything inside a body of a life being, it's blood flow, nerves reaction, muscles, bones and so on. By seeing all this, the Kokorogan can sense if somebody lies.

Description of jutsu: By placing a palm on the spot where heart is, the user of this jutsu can stop the blood flow . During this, the person with blocked blood flow will eventually stop moving and will not feel any heat, only cold.

Description of jutsu: Anything can be used to write this mark, as long as the writing tool makes clear letters. Once the mark is set, the user of this jutsu can locate the person no matter where he is. This lasts for 5 posts, interval 10 posts.

Description of jutsu: If the user of this jutsu sets a "Blood mark" on enemy, he can manipulate blood flow of the enemy, if he is within five meters.

Does the thing that stops blood flow only work as long as hand is over heart?

How would you define "clear" letters? And is there a range for this jutsu, such as a country?

2) No matter the range, as long as the letters are still readable, the user of the jutsu can locate. Witch means, if somebody suddenly scratches that spot where is the mark, and ruends the letters, then the jutsu has no effect anymore.
Clear letters means readable.
