Starting Jutsu Rules

Link to all jutsu/techs: Just look for what you want on the left nav bar.

You may have noticed in your app form it asks you for the starting jutsu.
You don't have to train for these.
THIS INCLUDES CLAN JUTSU - if you have clan jutsu and already have chosen your starting jutsu, you will have to learn the clan jutsu. However, you may scrap 2 starting jutsu for 2 clan jutsu, and vice versa.
Here's an explanation of what rank can have how many:

Academy Students
Start with Substitution, Transformation, Doppelgangers. These are the academy/starter jutsu.

Genin
May have the academy Jutsu and 6 D-Rank Jutsu and 2 C-Rank Jutsu, 1 unmastered B-rank jutsu

Chuunin
May have academy Jutsu, 10 D-Rank Jutsu and 6 C-Rank Jutsu and 4 B-Rank Jutsu and 1 incomplete A-Rank Jutsu

Jounin
(both kinds) May have starting Jutsu, 14 D-Rank Jutsu and 10 C-Rank Jutsu, 6 B-Rank Jutsu, 4 A-Rank Jutsu, 1 unmastered S-rank jutsu

-Special Circumstance Kage-
Kages
May have all E-rank Jutsu corresponding to their element(s), 18
D-Rank Jutsu, 12 C-Rank jutsu, 7 B-Rank Jutsu, 5 A-rank Jutsu and 3 S-rank Jutsu.
-Kages have the element of their village and one other element.-

-You cannot learn a B+ ranked technique of what you do not major in, e.g: Medical Ninjutsu.-

COMPENSATION FOR REGISTERED CHARS: May create 1 jutsu (Any rank except S) you will not have mastered yet and if you are Chuunin+, you may make 1 A-Rank jutsu for immediate use when approved.

um i hope its a typo but kages get 2 C-rank jutsu?

Academy, 5 D, 2 C

10 D, 6 C, 4 B-Rank Jutsu and 1 incomplete A

Lost... I'm not really happy with this compensation :/ Before, as a Chuunin, I was only allowed the Academy jutsu, 5 D-rank jutsu & 2 C-rank jutsu. Now they're allowed twice as many D-rank jutsu, over twice as many C-rank jutsu, as well as B-rank jutsu and 1/2 an A-rank jutsu. Whilst I think the changes are a definate improvement, I don't think the compensation is really fair. Is there anyway I can just add another 5 D-rank, 4 C-rank and 2 B-rank jutsu to my stats or app?
