Chakranirium Bandits Mission

Kurou and the ANBU entered the borders. "Are we approaching the location of the bandits?" He asked him since the ANBU was the only who knew where they were actually going.

"Yes, up there." The ANBU pointed as the mist around them dissipated. His finger was directed toward a large mountain in front of them. From their distance, a few camps could be seen dotted around the land.

Kurou looked at the mountain and saw the camps scattered throughout the mountain. "Alright, well. before we go we should devise a basic plan to build on when we actually get to the mountain." He said to the ANBU. "So do you have any suggestions?" He asked for his opinion on the situation.

Faith stopped when they were a short distance from the other ninja she'd felt, knowing they were hidden from sight by a small outcrop of rocks. They were downwind, meaning Faith could easily hear their conversation, and their own group's words would be blown away by the wind. The mine was still a short distance away, but Faith had headed towards the other ninja more out of curiosity than caution. This close, she could catch enough of their brief conversation to know that they, too, were going to attack the bandits. Seeing as they were ninja, Faith surmised that they were probably there for the same reason.
"Maybe we could work together?" she thought. She knew that it was only a matter of time before they were noticed, downwind or not, as she knew from their chakras that both of the other ninja were powerful, at least Jounin level.

The ANBU replied to Kuro.
"I know the bandits may have overrun this mine, we will need to sneak in stealthily and hopefully undetected." He explained. "I would be wary of anyone from other villages, we are between Kiri and Leaf."

Altair stopped behind Faith and looked around he sensed other ninja near by but was unsure of there intent.

Kurou listened to the ANBU's input. "I see so stealth is the way we are going to do this." Kurou said to him. Kurou then listened to his comment about other ninja from konoha. "I see, well... What about the person standing over there listening to us..." He said moving his sand around the girl's feet. "You didnt think I would stop moving without a hidden perimeter of something to make sure when someone was coming did you?" He said to her getting up and looking at her. He seemed a bit off somehow, but he couldnt place his finger on it. "My fellow villagers call it paranoid, I call it being careful." He said. "After all It seemed to have helped me find you." Then another ninja came up behind her. "You brought your allies." He said. "Alright, I'm going to make an assumption and say your here for the same reason, After all we all have a common enemy with the bandits." He said. "So are you also here to get rid of the bandits from attacking the miners?" He asked then moving the sand around their feet.

The sand Worked by moving it using the wind, kurou uses his chakra like feelers within the wind within the sand. It was like a temporary nervous system of sand.

Faith had been listening silently and froze when she heard that they'd been noticed. The freezing wasn't because they were noticed, but rather because she was absolutely petrified about the unnatural phenomemum that was occuring; the ground was moving. Not from an earthquake, or an explosion, but being controlled in a way where it helped greatly to be able to see what was happening.

Faith didn't like sand. She never had. On solid earth every small tremor was vibrated through the ground, even the most silent of footsteps could be felt, and Faith knew where everything was. On sand the vibrations were muffled, like a static reception, and everything was less clear to her. But Faith had been following the chakra signatures and so didn't worry about the sand. But when the thing that she struggled to move and "see" on starts moving like it has a mind of its own, her body stiffened, and her eyes widened, as though trying to see the sand around her. She heard the ninja speak, but her mind didn't take in the words, and her attention was focussed on the sand. She listened to the tell-tale, almost imperceptable, chink as grains of sand bumped together. She felt small, practically unnoticable, vibrations in the air as it moved. Using those indicators, she could vaguely work out where the sand was.
"So are you also here to get rid of the bandits from attacking the miners?" the ninja asked. Some part of Faith's brain registered that that was an important question, and she nodded shyly, still focussing on the sand. She was pretty sure her near-panic was showing on her face and hoped the ninja would get the message and stop moving the sand.

Altair jumped in between the sand manipulating ninja and faith, "I understand your suspition but you can remove your sand now, we are not here to fight with you. This mine is an important mission to the leaf as I am sure it is to you as well." Altair was sure this was not going to escalate but was ready just incase.

The leaf ANBU leapt in front of Altair and Faith as the mist ANBU jumped in front of Kurou.
"Be careful who you are adressing!" The mist ANBU whispered loudly to Kurou.

Gate began to run up a path. He knew it was time. A kumo forehead protector lay across his neck. His arms and face were bloodied, (with self inflicted scars). The sources from kiri, and konoha told him that a squad was to meet here and "Vanquish" the bandits. "Ah but what a surprise they shall find!" Hobbling up the path a little farther Gate saw what he was looking for, and to his luck it appeared as if they were fighting. "Help help!" He began to shout. "Bandits invading the mines they got my partner!" And with those words he collapsed onto all fours and began crawling towards the ninja. "Please help me!"

Once Altair jumped between her and the sand, Faith relaxed slightly, paying a little less attention to the sand and more to the person controlling it, and his partner. Then the ANBU jumped in front of Altair, and suddenly Faith found herself at the back of a line, and without a need to concentrate on her surroundings, which is why she noticed the vibrations in the earth and the gentle thud of footprints as someone ran towards them. And then started hobbling, shouting and, after a little while, collapse to all fours. Faith didn't really pay much attention to what he was saying. Instead, she concentrated on how he was saying it, the sound of his voice, each little tremor and vibration in the air. This man was a good actor, she realised, but that was all he was. An actor. His chakra was only that of a Genin, low but tested and used. Faith wondered slightly what he looked like, her face turned towards him blankly. Whoever he was, she had a bad feeling about him and definately didn't trust him. But how to explain to the others that the man was just faking his injuries? That for some reason he wanted them to get close and her instincts were warning her away? She did the only thing she could. Stepping back, Faith shook her head violently, moving away from the "injured" man.

Iro watched from a distance, on a tree branch "....... this ninja's are dull, they have no beautifull colors......". He jumped off the tree down on to the ground. He suddenly jumped out of a bush with 5 kunai's in each hand, going after the anbu and the girl, that was in the back of the line. I keep on running at them, throwing the kunai's and then quickly diving in to another bush.

The ANBU that was in front of leaf's ninjs quickly intercepted the Kunai with his own tanto, doing an impressive spinning deflective hit, sending the kunais flying into the bush the ninja had dived into.

Altair turned around in the direction of the attacker, "Byakugan!" There was no where for the ninja to hide now. Altair began to search for him and found the he had moved from the bush and continued moving. Altair used his fireball jutsu in the path of the assaliant.

I had certainly continued moving, while running I saw the fireball coming at me "hm.... this isn't the best shade of red and orange i've seen". I pull out a scroll and quickly draw a hawk, I throw the scroll in the air and out comes the hawk, I jump up grabbing the scroll and flying out of the fireballs range. I was about 40 yards in the air and I look at the group of ninja's "hm....". After the look at the ninjas he noticed the girl in the group was from the leaf, giving him an idea "I won't assume anything until i have proof....". I continue just to stare at the ninjas in the group

Kurou body flickered towards the enemy while making hand seals. He got close to the enemies location and then put his hand to his mouth making a ring with his index finger and thumb. He shot out a great fireball jutsu which shot into the air strongly. It was a massive fireball that he shot inot the air it moved quickly and would explode a large explosion once it hit something.

"Is everyone ignoring the wounded man?" The ANBU of leaf, still on guard, nodded toward the man who seemed to be bleeding badly and was lying on the ground.

As the fireball came at Iro he smirked "you ninja's don't have any good colours do you?". I then sink in to the hawk i was riding on, it suddenly dove down passing just a notch above the trees of the forest. After swooping down, I came back up throwing kunai's as i past by.

The more Faith stood there, the more she felt sure she knew the person attacking them. The smell of the ink, the sound of the paper opening; it was all faintly familiar, like from a long time ago. Small sentances past through her memory, like she'd said them in another lifetime..
"Oh, you woke up..."
"You're a very good artist. I especially like how the colors you used look so lively...."
But she knew the current problem was that he was attacking them, even if she thought he might be the boy who'd run away from her in the forest and ended up going headfirst into a tree instead. There was also the problem of the other, "injured" man, that Faith was suspicious about. He was being completely ignored. Slowly, Faith took a couple of steps towards him, still easily far away to move if he tried to attack or grab her. Who are you? she wondered. She let her curiosity show on her face, hoping he'd get the message and start talking.

As i passed through i heard the girl in the group ask "who are you?". I rose up in to the air, to far to be reached with a body flicker and i cross my arms. I looked down at the group as a blew a bubble, the bubble was multi-coloured. The bubble popped as I started to laugh miniacally "who am I?..... who am I?! I am the god of colours! the master of the substance that gives this worlds it's beuty and emotions but........ I am also the one that will eliminate your ugly colours!". I laughed harder and harder but.... I get a pain in my side "ow ow ow, wait a sec". As i took my hand away from my waist i threw a kunai as fast as I could and I said "..... I'm Iro Bakuhatsu....."

Gate locked eyes onto the female that appeared to have concern written on her face. Though he couldn't believe what was going on it was so surreal. "Damn that fool he wasn't supposed to attack yet." Gate forced his heart to beat faster, causing his blood pressure to rise. His face turned a little red with apparent rage. "Thats the man!" he shouted, little bits of spittle escaping from his exasperated expression tears began flowing down his cheeks. "You sonovabitch!" Gate then looked to the Anbu, now finally recognizing his presence. "Please let me fight with you?!"

Kurou looked at the man getting up asking to fight alongside them. But kurou noticed something in the way he changed emotions. He gave off a slight reflective look. He thought he could be lying, but he should wait for more clues as to it. He also noticed that the female leaf ninja was seemingly bothered by the wounded man. He wondered what she noticed that they hadnt. Kurou returned his attention to the screaming psychopath of colors. "I'm getting tired of listening to this guy." He said as he made a hand sign and the great fireball he left in the air came down over Iro Bakuhatsu. "I hope you guys dont mind if I try and end this fight a little early, but you might wanna stand back." He said moving back a little more.
