| Since the village hidden in the mist was lacking order at the time. He decided to get all the ninja he could to sign up for his team. He didnt really care who signed up for it. He just needed a group of ninja to fight as a group for kirigakure. Kurou set up fliers all around kirigakure including in the missions areas for the ninja to sign up. He was hoping it would take long for some to respond. | |
